Sales on this site are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (in accordance with Italian law and in particular Legislative Decree 70/2003 regarding electronic commerce and Legislative Decree 206/2005 with specific reference to regulations on distance contracts).
Therefore, the Customer is invited, before sending the order, to carefully read the terms of sale and the information contained therein and to print or save them on another durable medium accessible to them. Any changes or new terms of sale will be promptly communicated to the Customer, will be effective from the time of publication on the site, and will apply only to sales concluded after publication. Sending the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale in force at that time.
Conclusion of the contract
The order sent by the Customer to Azienda Agraria BACCI ROLANDA via the Internet must be completed in its entirety and must contain the necessary elements for identifying the Customer and the products ordered as well as the indication of the place of delivery, otherwise it will be void. ***Age Requirements***
Users declare that they are of legal age according to the legislation applicable to them. Minors may use this site only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances may children under 13 use this site.
***Right of withdrawal***
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the delivery of the purchased product or products, in accordance with fairness and good faith, by written communication to be sent to Azienda Agraria BACCI ROLANDA by e-mail to info@oliodelpozzo.com.
In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. Azienda Agraria BACCI ROLANDA will arrange for the collection of the product or products in question in the manner and within the terms previously agreed with the Customer, unless it waives the return of the above.
Transport costs in case of withdrawal are to be borne entirely by the Customer:
The goods for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be intact and free from any tampering.
The refund will be made by Azienda Agraria BACCI ROLANDA, after verifying compliance with the above, within 15 working days from receipt of the goods, net of all charges borne by the Customer.
***Delivery***
Azienda Agraria BACCI ROLANDA delivers the product or products ordered by the Customer, under the conditions expressly mentioned during the purchase procedure.
Prices and payment methods
The prices of the products indicated in the various sections of this site include VAT. The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the Customer's order. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices indicated on the site from time to time cancel and replace those previously indicated. The price of the purchased products, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer.
In the case of cash on delivery, payment can only be made in cash.
If the Customer refuses to collect the goods, they will still be required to pay the transport, insurance, and cash on delivery costs highlighted at the time of the order, as well as the costs incurred for any storage and return of the goods to the headquarters.
***Warranties and liability***
Azienda Agraria BACCI ROLANDA, within the limits of availability as regulated above, guarantees that products identical to those indicated and described on the site will be delivered. For all products sold, the manufacturer's liability applies. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate product recognition; due to changes in packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.
***Disputes and applicable law***
Civil disputes relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of the distance sales contract are subject to Italian jurisdiction and the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in Italian territory, will have jurisdiction. Distance contracts entered into with Azienda Agraria BACCI ROLANDA are governed by Italian law and, for matters not expressly provided for, the relevant legal provisions apply.
***Trademark License***
The trademark named "Olio del Pozzo" is used by Az. Agr. Bacci Rolanda under an exclusive license and has been registered with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office at the "Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy" and enjoys protection under current regulations for all products included in Class 29 (Meat, fish, poultry and game; meat extracts; preserved, dried and cooked fruits and vegetables; jellies, jams, compotes; eggs, milk and milk products; edible oils and fats.) Anyone using this name without the necessary authorizations will be prosecuted according to the law.
