In the green Umbria, among the gentle hills that unfold at the foot of the Martani Mountains, in the heart of an area with a strong winemaking and olive-growing tradition, our family has managed for 4 generations several plots of land with a total of about 600 olive trees of the typical cultivars (Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio) from which we obtain a genuine oil, with unique aromas and sensations. Thanks to a private irrigation well, our plants do not suffer too much from the stress caused by lack of rain, and so, even in dry seasons, the olives grow and ripen regularly, ensuring a product of high
quality standards.
