Crostini with mozzarella and anchovies

The summer season is undoubtedly the one in which quick yet tasty recipes are preferred, always with the presence of a quality PDO oil.

It's hot, you have little time and don't feel like cooking but still want to serve something tasty at the table?
First, take a plate where you will marinate the slices of mozzarella drizzled with a bit of Olio del Pozzo - Dop Umbria and a pinch of oregano:
Next, place the slices of mozzarella on the bread (even day-old bread works) and heat them on the grill for about 2/3 minutes.
When the mozzarella starts to melt, take out the crostini and add an anchovy.
The appetizer is served!
