Monokultivar MORAIOLO - 100% ITALIENISCHNatives Olivenöl extra, gewonnen durch Kaltpressung von Oliven der Sorte MORAIOLO. Unsere Bäume, die in der Gemeinde Gualdo Cattaneo angebaut werden, befinden sich auf einer Höhe von 400 m, werden keiner chemischen Behandlung unterzogen und die Oliven werden innerhalb der ersten Novemberwoche geerntet, um ein Produkt zu erhalten, das die besten organoleptischen Eigenschaften und eine lange Haltbarkeit aufweist.Das Produkt wird gefiltert, um eine angemessene Stabilität über die Zeit zu gewährleisten.

Auf dem Etikett befindet sich ein QR-CODE, der den Zugang zum Bereich technische Daten (chemische Analysen und Multiresidualitätszertifikat) unseres nativen Olivenöls extra ermöglicht.
